Sales of vouchers made via links from www.snaintonridingcentre.co.uk are managed by Snainton Riding Centre. Robo Voucher Ltd act as an agent on behalf of the Merchant in the sale and purchase of Goods and/or Services. The Merchant is the seller of the Goods and/or Services and is solely responsible for any Goods and/or Services you purchase. Robo Voucher Ltd is not directly linked to the Merchant and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by the Merchant.


Merchant Responsibility

Robo Voucher Ltd acts an as agent in selling the vouchers on behalf of a Merchants. But the Merchant is the issuer of the voucher. As issuer of the Voucher, the Merchant shall be fully responsible for any and all loss, injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in part by the Merchant or its products and services. By purchasing a voucher, a customer acquires the right to print a Voucher issued by the participating Merchant and to use the Voucher according to its terms and the terms of this Agreement. Whether you choose to print and/or redeem the Voucher is within your sole control and at your sole discretion.

No liability or responsibility is accepted by the Robo Voucher Ltd for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, expense, or any other claim arising from involvement in any Goods and/or Services provided by the Merchant.


Terms and Conditions for all vouchers:

Vouchers are for one use only and subject to availability.
In some situations you must phone or email the merchant in advance of your intention to use or redeem your voucher and quote the unique voucher number at the time of making the initial booking.
Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable. The voucher's expiry date is shown on the front of the voucher. The voucher is valid up to and including the expiry date.
Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded. To use the voucher, the voucher holder should provide a printed PDF of the voucher including the voucher's unique serial number. Each voucher can only be used once.


Voucher Specific Terms

Each voucher has specific terms associated with the voucher, which will be presented to you before you commit to purchase the particular voucher. Specific terms supersede terms in this Agreement, except to the extent such terms are prohibited by applicable law.


Delivery of Vouchers

Vouchers are issued by email to the address specified at time of purchase and can be sent to either the purchaser or to the gift recipient, subject to the purchaser's preference.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address vouchers. Snainton Riding Centre is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a voucher via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser.


Making a booking with a voucher

In all situations you must phone or email Snainton Riding Centre in advance of your intention to use or redeem your voucher and quote the unique voucher number at the time of making the initial booking.


Refunds and Cancellations

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount.


Risk of loss

Snainton Riding Centre is not responsible for vouchers lost, stolen, destroyed or used without purchaser's permission. Risk of loss passes to voucher purchaser upon electronic transmission of the voucher to the designated recipient.


Fraud

Snainton Riding Centre reserves right to cancel issued vouchers, close user accounts, and / or request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed or used to make purchases.
