• If your treatment is less than the value of your voucher, no cash change will be given but the balance can be used for full or part payment of further treatments within the validity of the voucher.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash nor sold or transferred.
• Once an appointment has been made, 24 hours notice is required for cancellation, or 50% of the voucher value will be charged.
• Lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Vouchers remain the property of Moon & Stars Beauty Therapy.
