Participant guidelines
All participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (proof of age may be required)
No personal photography or video is permitted in the studio
Dress code
Please wear comfortable, everyday clothing to arrive at the studio bringing up to three outfits for the photoshoot itself.
Availability
Bookings can be made 7 days a week throughout the year excluding Christmas Day and New Years Day.
We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. Please allow up to eight weeks for a booking on a Saturday. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on your voucher. All bookings are subject to availability.
How long should I allow for this experience?
You should allow approximately 4 hours for the whole experience.
Additional information
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date as vouchers may not be extended beyond their expiration date.
A refundable booking deposit of £25 is required per person for weekday appointments and £50 for weekend appointments at the time of booking, this is refundable after your session. This is a gesture of good will on your behalf that you intend to keep your appointment.
Viewings take place on the same day as the shoot. Prints will be posted to customer at a P&P charge of £5. May add 1 additional person into the shoot at a cost of £20.
