Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to open up space for others, failure to do so or not show up will result in forfeiting your voucher or additional charge equal to 50% of value.
Monetary vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, please make sure you book in plenty of time to avoid losing out.
Special promotional vouchers are valid for the dates specified and can not be extended, remember the end dates are always the most popular so book well in advance. These cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Any light or laser treatments will require a patch test prior, please contact us to book. Should you not be suitable for this on medical grounds we will exchange for other treatments only.
Our opening hours are Tuesday-Friday 9.30-4.30pm, late nights and Saturdays by appointment.
