Vouchers ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of purchase. If you wish it to be sent immediately to the recipient please select 'email now', otherwise select 'I will email myself'.

Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher.

When ordering a voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the voucher.

If you are under GP/Medical care, please contact Obsession Hair and Beauty before booking as some of our treatments may not be suitable or a GP/Midwife note may be required.

Gift Vouchers are to be redeemed against Hair or Beauty Treatments only and may not be used to purchase products.

All vouchers have an expiry date of 6 months from date of purchase and must be used within that time unless otherwise stated on the gift voucher.

Our vouchers may not be purchased or redeemed against special offers unless otherwise stated and have no cash value. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We advise that you do not leave redeeming your gift voucher until it is close to its expiry to ensure that we do not disappoint you should we not have availability.
