CANCELLATION POLICY
Our policy is that we require 24 hours notice of cancellation. If any appointment is cancelled within 24 hours we charge half the cost of the appointment booked. If no notice of cancellation is given we charge the full cost of the appointment booked. Gift Vouchers and pre payments are forfeited..
However if the appointment is taken by another client then no charge is made.
REFUND POLICY
We will only offer a refund where there has been a fault with products purchased from ourselves. Where a treatment, or a course of treatments, has been purchased refunds cannot be given. In certain circumstances Gift Vouchers may be offered as an alternative.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
