Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Each gift voucher issued contains a unique number. Damaged or defaced gift vouchers cannot be accepted.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly marked on the gift voucher. The gift voucher holders should make all reasonable effort to schedule an appointment to redeem the gift voucher before the expiry date. Extensions may be given at the salon owners discretion.
Recipients of The Treatment Room E-Gift vouchers should download and print a copy of the gift voucher and present it to the salon at the beginning of the treatment.
