This package comprises an hour long deep tissue massage, either full body or working on a specific area. A100ml bottle of Base Formula Muscles oil will be given to the recipient at the end of the treatment.
Deep tissue massage will work out the knots from stressed, overworked muscles and connective tissue (fascia) to alleviate pain. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles.
