Reflexology is based on the principle that every organ and system of the body has a corresponding point in the feet. Pressure is used on these points to help release energy blockages, boost circulation and promote healing of the body and mind.
After discussing medical history and current state of health, your feet will be cleansed with your choice of hot or cold mitts, then worked on while you relax in a reclining position on the couch. A general treatment will be given to optimise wellbeing, and if you have any problem areas I will boost the relevant reflex points to ensure you receive a personalised treatment.
