We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice or moving the appointment with less than 48 hours will void the voucher. Cannot be redeemed against any other services. Vouchers cannot be extended.
