In the event of running late for the appointment, the therapist will provide as many treatments as possible in the remaining allocated time. We cannot and will not inconvenience our next clients.

Less than 24h prior to the appointment time 100% of treatment value.
Less than 48h prior to the appointment time 50% of the treatment value.
