Voucher redemption. Services must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed by phone or in person only. There is no option for online or email redemption. Redemption contact details are provided on the voucher.
Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the course – for example where a £100 voucher is used to purchase a £95 course
Monetary vouchers. Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment of a course/treatment only. If the course cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full.
Course/Treatment vouchers. Course/Treatment vouchers can only be redeemed against the specific course type for which they were purchased.
Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
We do not extend any vouchers so be sure to use them within the timeframe.
Vouchers ordered through our website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.
When ordering a voucher,you should ensure to enter the recipient's email address correctly.We cannot be held responsible if the email address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the voucher.
Vouchers are valid for the treatments as described on the voucher and cannot be amended or exchanged.
