• Gift vouchers ordered through our website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.
• When ordering a gift voucher, you should ensure you enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly.
• Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the full voucher amount is not redeemed in one session, the remaining amount will be issued as another voucher. No cash alternative can be given.
• Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date stated on the voucher. They may be extended at our discretion subject to a fee.
• We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• Bookings must be made in advance and will be subject to availability.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the voucher.
• White Rose Holistics reserves the right to amend or withdraw voucher terms at any time without notice.
