Any voucher not taken by expiry date are forfeited.
In the circumstance that the business is required by law to close due to government guidelines we will extend the voucher by the period of time we are closed.
Voucher dates may be extended for a small admin fee.

Bookings must be made in advance; we cannot accept responsibility if you are unable to find a suitable slot due to short notice.
You must state you intend to use a voucher when booking.
Your voucher will be used as a deposit to secure your booking, please have your voucher number handy when making a booking.
Cancellations:
Once you have used to your voucher to make a booking our normal cancellation policy applies which consists of a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Any unattended appointments or appointments where less than 48 hours’ notice is given will result in your voucher or part of your voucher to the cost of your booking being forfeited.
