All clients holding vouchers of Off Road NZ adventures are required to reconfirm their booking by calling our office directly no later than 48 hours before arrival at Off Road NZ.
Off Road NZ cannot guarantee to supply products to those who fail to reconfirm as above. Those who do not reconfirm and who also fail to cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time will not receive a refund. Off Road NZ will not accept cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time.
