- Please ensure you wear closed toe footwear and bring an extra layer of clothing
- Please allow 3 - 3 ½ hours to complete your tour
- If it is raining we will provide wet weather clothing for your comfort
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
- You must weigh no more than 120kgs.
- If children are under 35kg we need advance notice at time of booking. Please contact us to discuss. Minimum age is 6
- If you are under 18 you will need parental consent form signed
- All tours start and end from 147 Fairy Springs Road, Rotorua. This is where you must check in a minimum of 15 minutes before tour departure.
