Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, online or in salon.
2. Gift Vouchers can be used against full or part-payment of any treatment.
3. Gift Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer, lost or mislaid vouchers cannot be re-issued.
4. Part refunds will be issued in the form of vouchers for use against further treatments, the expiry date of your voucher remains the same.
5. Cash refunds for vouchers are not available, this does not affect your statuary rights.
6. The Gift Voucher or electronic receipt must be presented at the time of booking and payment.
7. Serenita reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of the voucher at any time
8. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation of appointment, if less Or no notice is given, we will use the value of your voucher against your booking.
9. If voucher balance exceeds treatment price, a new voucher will be issued with the updated balance and original expiry date remains.
10. If voucher isn't redeemed during the period when recipient is pregnant, providing the voucher hasnt expired, it can be redeemed for a non-pregnancy treatment.
