Vouchers are valid for the treatments as described and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Vouchers are dated and expire as per the date highlighted on the voucher. No extensions to validity can be given. Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer. We are not responsible for any vouchers that are lost, stolen or damaged including vouchers used without permission. No replacement will be given in these circumstances. Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Some treatments will not be suitable for anyone under the age of 18. If recipient is suitable for treatment but is under the age of 18, then parental consent is needed along with the parent remaining present during the treatment. Voucher can only be redeemed once. Voucher must be presented at time of treatment. Please advise salon of voucher when booking, presenting voucher code. Bookings cannot be made online where a voucher is to be used. We cannot amend any incorrect email addresses and cannot be held responsible for undelivered vouchers. In the event of national lockdown measures due to COVID 19 the salon may extend the expiry of the voucher however extensions will not be given for any other reason. The expiry date signifies the date by which the treatment must be taken (not the date by which a booking must be made). Please ensure to book ahead as we cannot guarantee availability at short notice and an extension will not be given where the purchaser has not considered availability.
