At check out you have the option change from an E voucher to a Gift Card (as shown in pic) or Luxury Gift Card, both these options can be collected in store or posted. additional charges may apply.

Dates:
vouchers are valid for 9 months from purchase.
Any voucher not taken by expiry date are forfeited.
Dates can not be extended.
Bookings & Priority booking:
Bookings must be made in advance; we cannot accept responsibility if you are unable to find a suitable slot due to short notice.
You must state you intend to use a voucher when booking.
Your voucher will be used as a deposit to secure your booking, please have your voucher number handy when making a booking.
If your voucher does not cover 50% of your total booking deposit you will be asked for the remaining amount by other means.
Cancellations: Our normal cancellation policy applies which consists of a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any unattended appointments or appointments where less than 24 hours’ notice is given will result in your voucher or part of your voucher to the cost of your booking being forfeited.
