Using a medical grade device, serums are applied into the deeper layers of the skin promote collagen production.
Following a sonic cleanse, product will be applied to the skin via a needling device.

APPOINTMENT POLICY
1. CANCELLATION POLICY-
There is a strict no show/ cancellation policy in place. 50% of the cost of the treatment is chargeable and non- transferable if you cancel within the 48 hr period leading up to your appointment and 100% of the treatment value is chargeable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, fail to show or arrive 15+ minutes late. (Please refer to section 3). If you are redeeming a Gift Certificate for this appointment, the value of the gift certificate is used to fulfill the cost of the treatment, (50% if cancelled within 48 hours and 100% if cancelled within 24 hours including fail to arrive or arriving 15+ minutes late) at the time of your appointment as per the cancellation policy.
1.1 All my services require through consultations prior to commencing and each treatment is lengthy therefore the appointments can not be filled quickly as I do not operate a walk-in service. Hence the strict cancellation policy.
2. COURSES OF TREATMENTS-
All courses have a specific time frame in which they must be booked and used. This is to ensure you achieve the best result possible. The time frames are listed in the relevant treatment's description.
2.1. If you have purchased a course of treatments and do not wish to complete them, the treatments that have not been redeemed will be refunded minus the retail value of the product you received however condition 1 is still applicable so please ensure you contact me to discuss this in advance of your next treatment.
3. TIME KEEPING-
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment this will result in your appointment being cancelled as it will have a knock on effect with my next client. You will remain liable for the full cost of the treatment you have booked. Please plan your journey in advance.
4. REPEATEDLY CANCELLING & RE-ARRANGING more than twice will result in the charges stated in point 1 being applied dependent on the time frame in which you cancel.
Please note: Repeat cancellations will also result in you being removed as a client.
5. GUARANTEES-
No guarantees can be given for the final result you are aiming to achieve. Lifestyle, genetics, health & aftercare play a part and this will be discussed in detail during your consultation. Each treatment has it's own terms & conditions which will be included in the consultation form for your records.
6. PATCH TESTS- Permanent Makeup
Consultations are carried out to go through the process of the treatment, discuss your chosen brow style (if applicable) and answer any questions you have about the process. If you are then happy to proceed then a patch test is conducted for your safety.
STUDIO POLICY
1. Parking at the premises-
Please refrain from parking in the driveway if you don't feel confident doing so and please refrain from blocking neighbouring driveway's and properties. Raven Rose holds no responsibility for any damage, loss or theft occurred to your personal belongings or vehicle.
2. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment as I may still be finishing with a client or completing my sanitisation protocol in preparation for your arrival.
3. Please ensure you bring any medication you need with you i.e. inhalers.
4. Please ensure you follow your pre-appointment instructions which will be e-mailed to you. Treatments such as Brow Tattoos have very strict instructions.
5. Please do not bring friends, family or pets with you. Raven Rose conducts treatments on a 1:1 basis unless you are the legal parent/ guardian of a person attending their appointment for a Teen Skin Facial.
6. Please ensure you have not consumed alcohol or drugs prior to your appointment.
7. Raven Rose has a no smoking/ food policy in place.
8. Raven Rose does not tolerate any form of hate speech. I pride myself on providing a safe space for everyone. Offensive or derogatory language will not be accepted and your appointment will be brought to an end with immediate effect.
