• Vouchers ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. Vouchers may take up to 24 hours to appear in your inbox.

• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher.

• All Vouchers are single-use unless individually stated

• Vouchers are non-transferable

• When ordering a voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly.

• We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly & someone other than the intended recipient redeems the voucher.

• Salon offers & promotions do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.

• Vouchers are valid for the monetary value as depicted on the voucher & cannot be amended, exchanged, or refunded. Vouchers are valid only for their stated purpose.

• Vouchers are only valid for their stated purpose. Or for the treatment described on the voucher & which cannot be amended, exchanged, or refunded.


• Trust monetary gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date - unless otherwise stated

• Black Friday extra monetary vouchers are valid for 12 months from 28/11/2025 & expire on 28/11/2026 (no exceptions). Black Friday 2025 vouchers cannot be used in Dec 2025

• Advent vouchers are valid for 3 months from 01/01/26 to 31/03/26 (this excludes annual or time duration packages).

• 12 Days of Christmas vouchers are valid from 01/01/26 to 31/04/26
(This excludes annual or time duration packages).

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Feel Free to buy multiples

• Trust Salons cannot be held responsible if a gift voucher is lost or stolen, destroyed or used without permission. No replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

• Gift voucher bookings must be made in advance & will be subject to availability.

• Please mention you are using a voucher when booking. If you use our VIP book online request system please add a note in the comments section to inform us a voucher is to be redeemed.

• We do not extend any vouchers, so be sure to use them within the designated timeframe.

• Vouchers must be presented on arrival.

• Postponing, Cancelling, or moving the appointment more than once within 24 hours’ notice will void the voucher.

• Once bookings are confirmed, postponing &/or cancellation terms will apply:

◦ Less than 48 hours notice will result in 50% of the voucher being redeemed
◦ Less than 24 hours notice will result in 100% of the voucher being redeemed

• Any voucher that has been altered or tampered with will NOT be accepted.

• In the event of a further national lockdown or tier restrictions, vouchers will only be extended by the equal duration of the period applicable to lockdown or restriction.
