• Gift vouchers ordered through our website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. Our gift vouchers include unique numbers and configurable patterns.
• If the full voucher amount is not redeemed in one session, the remaining amount will be issued as another voucher. No cash alternative can be given.
• When ordering a gift voucher, you should ensure you enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly.
• We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used
without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
• Lessons must be made in advance and will be subject to availability.
• The voucher recipient must be in possession of as valid provisional licence before lessons can begin.
• In accordance with our cancellation policy, 48 hours’ notice must be given to cancel lessons otherwise the voucher will be voided.
