Choose the amount you’d like to gift, enter your details and the lucky person’s details and you’ll receive an email with a gift voucher.
The recipient can combine multiple vouchers to make a KiwiPlates purchase. In the event that a person wishes to purchase a more expensive personalised plate than their total gift vouchers, they will be able to pay the additional costs over the phone (using their American Express, Visa or Master Card).
All card transactions for gift voucher purchases are subject to a nonrefundable 1.9% (incl GST) surcharge, to reflect our cost of acceptance.

Recipients can redeem against a KiwiPlates purchase over the phone, by calling 0800 650 111. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed online.
Gift Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers that are not used within this period will be forfeited and any funds left on the Gift Voucher will not be refunded or credited.
In the event that a person wishes to purchase a personalised plate that does not use up the entire value of the Gift Voucher, the remainder of the Gift Voucher will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash (by the person who purchased the Gift Voucher or the Gift Voucher recipient).
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
All personalised plate orders are subject to KiwiPlates standard Terms and Conditions of sales.
Altered, lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
KiwiPlates makes no representation or commitment to supply any person with respect to any chosen personalised plate combination until such time as the order has been correctly submitted to KiwiPlates, payment finalised, and the order approved.
