By purchasing or redeeming any offer from The Suite Advent Calendar (“the promotion”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Promotion Overview
1.1. The Suite Advent Calendar runs from 1st December to 24th December.
1.2. A new offer (“Daily Offer”) is released each day at 8:00am, available for 24 hours only.
1.3. Once a Daily Offer expires, it cannot be purchased, reinstated, or extended.
2. Voucher Validity
2.1. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
2.2. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged.
2.3. A voucher must be presented at the appointment (printed or digital).
2.4. Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
3. Booking & Appointments
3.1. All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
3.2. A voucher does not guarantee availability on specific dates or times.
3.3. Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply (see Section 4).
3.4. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the voucher being marked as redeemed.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
4.2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the voucher being marked as redeemed.
4.3. No-show appointments are treated as cancelled without notice and the voucher will be void.
4.4. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
4.5. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your voucher redeemed.
4.6. Cancellations must be made through the official booking system, phone, or email.
4.7. The Suite reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff illness or unexpected circumstances. In such cases, your voucher validity will remain unchanged, and a new date will be arranged.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
5.2. All Advent Calendar purchases are non-refundable, unless The Suite cancels the service (see 4.7).
5.3. Prices vary by Daily Offer.
5.4. Additional treatments added on the day must be paid separately.
6. Delivery of Vouchers
6.1. Digital vouchers are delivered instantly to the email provided.
6.2. Postal vouchers are subject to postage charges and delivery times.
6.3. Gift-wrapped vouchers (£10) are collection only.
6.4. The Suite is not responsible for delays caused by third-party postal services.
7. Transfers & Gifting
7.1. Vouchers can be gifted or transferred to another person.
7.2. Once transferred, the new voucher holder is bound by these Terms & Conditions.
7.3. The Suite must be informed of the new name prior to the appointment.
8. Offer Restrictions
8.1. Each Daily Offer is unique and cannot be swapped for any other service or day.
8.2. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or gift cards.
8.3. Some offers may have limited availability or treatment restrictions; these will be stated at the time of purchase.
8.4. The Suite may withdraw or modify an offer due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Health & Suitability
9.1. Some treatments may not be suitable for all clients.
9.2. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before treatment.
9.3. The Suite may refuse or adapt a treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable.
10. Liability
10.1. The Suite is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers.
10.2. The Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the promotion or use of vouchers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
