Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Forest Hillside Glamping Retreat
1. Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be stated on the voucher where applicable. Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date.
2. Redemption: Gift vouchers can be redeemed towards eligible accommodation stays, experiences or services offered by Forest Hillside Glamping Retreat, subject to the voucher type and any specific conditions stated on the voucher.
3. Booking Requirements: All stays and experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Guests should contact Forest Hillside Glamping Retreat to arrange their booking and advise that they wish to redeem a gift voucher.
4. Voucher Value: Gift vouchers are issued for a specified monetary value. The voucher value will be deducted from the total cost of the eligible booking or purchase.
5. Additional Costs: If the total cost exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid by the guest at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.
6. Unused Balance: Any remaining balance on a partially redeemed voucher may be used towards a future eligible purchase before the voucher’s expiry date. Unused balances cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by New Zealand law.
8. Transferability: Gift vouchers may be gifted or transferred to another person but cannot be resold for commercial purposes without prior approval.
9. Cancellations and Changes: Bookings made using gift vouchers are subject to the retreat’s standard booking, cancellation and amendment policies. If a booking is cancelled or changed, any voucher reinstatement or extension will be handled in accordance with those policies and applicable New Zealand law.
10. Peak Periods and Seasonal Availability: Accommodation is seasonal and operates subject to advertised opening dates, availability and applicable booking conditions. Advance booking is recommended, particularly for weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
11. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Gift vouchers should be kept secure. Please contact Forest Hillside Glamping Retreat if a voucher is lost or stolen. Replacement vouchers may be issued at the retreat’s discretion where proof of purchase can be provided and the original voucher can be verified.
12. Expiry: Expired vouchers cannot ordinarily be redeemed. Any extension is at the discretion of Forest Hillside Glamping Retreat, subject to applicable law.
13. Legal Rights: Nothing in these terms and conditions limits any rights a consumer may have under New Zealand law.
