MLD is a very gentle therapy that uses light pumping movements to help improve the flow of lymphatic fluid. It is helpful for:

Contraindications:
MLD is not suitable for those with:
* Decompensated cardiac insufficiency
* Cardiac oedema
* Congestive heart failure
* Acute inflammation caused by pathogenic germs (bacteria, fungi, viruses).
* Renal failure
* Over or underactive thyroid that has not been treated
* Kidney problems
* Open wounds
* Infection
