Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase, online or in salon.
1a A Gift Voucher(s) purchase between £50-£99 paid for in the month of November 2020 will entitle you to £5 for your self to redeem between 1-31st January 2021. There is strictly no extension to this expiration date.
1b A Gift Voucher(s) purchase of £99 and above paid for in the month of December 2020 will entitle you to £10 for yourself to redeem between 1-28 February 2021. There is strictly no extension to this expiration date.
1c. Promotional Gift Vouchers can be used against Serenita Services only. Please note they cant be used to purchase retail.
2. Gift Vouchers can be used against full or part-payment of any treatment.
3. Gift Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer, lost or mislaid vouchers cannot be re-issued.
4. Cash refunds for vouchers are not available, this does not affect your statuary rights.
5. The Gift Voucher or electronic receipt must be presented at the time of booking and payment.
6. Serenita reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of the voucher at any time
7. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of appointment, if less or no notice is given, your voucher will automatically become invalid, with no notice.
8. If voucher balance exceeds treatment price, a new voucher will be issued with the updated balance and original expiry date remains.
