It is your responsibility to use the voucher within the valid timeframes. | Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. | Pure Emporium Ltd are not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. | Appointments to redeem your voucher must be made in advance and will be subject to availability.
