Vouchers ordered through our website will be delivered automatically by email to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for vouchers sent to an incorrect address or redeemed by someone other than the intended recipient.
Salon offers and promotions do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed across all Eden beauty NI salons - South Lake, Portadown, Rushmere (coming soon).
Vouchers are valid only for the treatments stated on the voucher and cannot be amended, exchanged or refunded.
All vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase with no exceptions.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, are non refundable and non transferable.
Vouchers are redeemable at all Eden locations unless otherwise stated.
If the full value is not used in one visit, the remaining balance will remain on the voucher until the expiry date.
Vouchers must be presented at the appointment to be redeemed. Digital versions are accepted.
Eden reserves the right to refuse a voucher if there is evidence of tampering or misuse.
We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, and no replacement will be issued.
All gift voucher bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
We do not extend any vouchers, so please ensure they are used within the validity period.
Expired vouchers cannot be reissued under any circumstances.
We are unable to offer extensions, including in cases where clients are unable to secure their preferred day or therapist.
Arriving more than ten minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or voiding of the voucher.
Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or rescheduling more than once within 24 hours, will void the voucher.
