Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or cancelled after purchase. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash.
All Gift Vouchers will expire on the date 12 months following their date of purchase. MéCHE may, at its discretion, extend the expiry period of any Gift Voucher, or issue a new Gift Voucher in place of one that is due to expire.
Unused value remaining on the Gift Voucher will not be given as change. A credit will remain on the account of the client. No refunds will be provided by MéCHE for the monetary value on the Gift Voucher.
The gift voucher must be presented at the time of payment for the service and/or products. If a gift voucher is lost or misplaced – we have no obligation to honour the voucher amount.
Vouchers are ONLY valid at MéCHE Salon and Spa and MéCHE Hair.
Vouchers are NOT valid for use on www.mecheshop.nz
Voucher must be used by the voucher recipient only.
The voucher amount is in NZD.
