Get comfortable on the heated treatment couch with super cosy throws and relaxing music and we begin the treatment with a soothing & calming scalp massage before gently cleansing the skin with Temple Spa products and steamy hot towels.
A nourishing facial oil is applied before the facial reflex points are gently stimulated using finger pressure and specialist tools, helping release tension and emotions held in the face and taking you to a deep state of relaxation.
Deeply soothing foot reflexology begins with the feet being wrapped in steamy hot towels to cleanse and relax tired muscles. I then use various pressure techniques to gently balance the reflexes on the feet to release any remaining areas of tension and encourage energy flow through the body.
We close with the feet being cocooning in hot towels followed by a beautiful foot balm that nourishes your feet instantly, before you float out of the treatment room feeling recharged with a renewed sense of wellbeing.
