The voucher is not redeemable for cash, however, you may use the voucher in the store or on treatments. As treatments are allocated specifically for you we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If no prior notice is received the voucher will be cancelled. We allow 3 years from date of purchase for you to use your voucher. If your voucher expires please be aware that no extensions will be granted. Sorry.
