Please mention voucher when making your booking and bring details with you to your appointment for redemption. Out of courtesy to our therapists and other clients, we do require 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason. Failure to notify us in advance will result in your voucher being redeemed in lieu of a "no show" fee.
Please do use your voucher within the validity period, as we cannot accept expired vouchers on the computer system.
We request you arrive in good time for your appointment, and ideally 10 mins earlier if this is your first visit to the salon, to allow time for completion of the Client Safety Questionnaire.
