All online bookings are given a priority check-in status to all valid voucher holders. We advise you to arrive with no time constraints. Most wait times are under 30 minutes except on peak summer weekend days. This ticket expires 6 months from date of purchase. Does not include tips. Average tips are 10 to 20 US Dollars per person.
Non Refundable. Treat like cash. Do not lose your voucher.
Refunds
All tickets are not refundable and are not redeemable for cash. However; In some cases of hardship refunds are granted. Any request for refunds require a written request via email, [email protected] within 7 days of the appointment date and are treated on a case by case basis. Please include your ticket number, name, email, address, phone, and clearly state your hardship.
All Vouchers are gift certificates, are non refundable. Can be replaced if lost for $25 and expire 12 months from date of purchase. No exceptions.
Remember to present your ticket for scanning on arrival to check-in as without it, you are unable to skydive. Where the cost of your experience is greater than the value of your ticket, you will be required to pay the difference. Where the cost of your experience is less than the value of your voucher you will not be entitled to a cash refund. All costs for your experience to be based on current prices, not the price you paid for your ticket. Ticket prices include fees for service, operations, and other expenses.
If you purchased a voucher and lose it, you can have another one resent as long as it hasn’t be used/redeemed. If your voucher expires you can get a new one for a $25 reinstatement and handling fee.

Weight Limit 300lbs – however, an additional charge of 1 US Dollar per pound will be charged over the body weight of 200 pounds.
Safety:
To skydive all tandem customers must provide the required details, take part in all safety briefing and training and sign a waiver. SL&PC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed not fit to skydive by management at anytime. It is your responsibility to inform SL&PC’s representatives of any health concerns before jumping. You agree to truthfully answer all health related questions on your waiver.
As safety is The Parachute Center’s main concern, factors such as wind, cloud, rain, thermal turbulence etc. and other factors such as air traffic can affect the time it takes to complete your skydive activity. Weather can change for better or worse in minutes. Although we aim to complete your skydive in the allotted time, please note that if the weather becomes unsafe to skydive we will cancel operations. We understand this may be disappointing, however, we put the safety of our customers and staff above all else. Your ticket is still good for another time before the expiration date.
Video and Photo Terms and Conditions:
Please be advised that should there be any technical issues relating to camera/dubbing equipment, no warranties can be made against the individual skydive as the filming and skydive are two separate products and provided by separate independent contractors.
Videos are made available to all purchasers for viewing on that same day, should you wish to view it. Your acceptance of the Video on the day will be deemed as your approval of the Video being in full working order. No refunds will be made available after your departure from our offices.
Tandem Masters are filming in extreme conditions and malfunctions may occur from time to time. Issues of tandem passenger movement, focus, framing, moisture, vibration may result in video and photo content being inconsistent from passenger to passenger. In the event of a complete camera failure, you are responsible for negotiating any refunds or returns with the independent contractor who filmed and edited your video and stills product.
Be advised that once you accept the Terms and Conditions on the online booking form, it is received by SL&PC and serves as authorization of your payment and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated. You also agree to further indemnify SL&PC, it’s associate companies, independent contractors, directors and associates against any risk or action related to your participation in your skydive. Skydiving is inherently a dangerous activity and you could lose your life.
Independent Contractors:
Independent business operators whose business is to serve the skydiving community, will often bring their businesses to and operate their business at the Parachute Center, offering their services to new and experienced skydivers. While the services offered by independent business operators vary, they may include tandem skydiving Instruction, certification instruction, and instruction relative to the various disciplines within the sport of skydiving. Other independent business operators offer videography, photography and parachute packing services at the Parachute Center.
