You do not need to purchase a Staglander Pass for children aged 3 and under, as there is no charge for this age group.
Staglander Passes purchased online will be emailed as a voucher to recipient, typically within 24 hours.
Membership will be activated when the voucher recipient visits The Reserve for the first time, and is valid for 12 months.

Staglander Pass membership may be taken out at any time and is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named.
A replacement fee of $5 will be charged for a replacement card.
For ID purposes you must provide an email address and have a photograph taken that will be saved on our membership database.
Date of birth is required for all children 4-16 years old. There is no charge for children aged 3 years and under therefore they do not require a pass to enter.
Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult when visiting.
Pass-holders will receive one pass per person.
Flexi pass valid for named child plus any adult.
Flexi pass cannot be used by an adult without named child.
Join on the day of your visit, and entrance fees paid for those named on the application form can be deducted from the total due. The entrance receipt must be attached.
