*Instant vouchers ordered through the Isha Body Jewellery website will be delivered automatically as an A4 PDF by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order.
*Postal vouchers are A6 in size and enclosed in an envelope for gifting in person. They are ordered through the Isha Body Jewellery website and will be sent by post to the address you specify at the time of order. Alternatively, they can be collected in-store.
*Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
*When ordering a voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email or postal address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the voucher.
*Offers and promotions at Isha Body Jewellery do not apply when purchasing Vouchers.
*Vouchers are valid for the treatments as described on the voucher and redeemed in a single transaction. They cannot be amended, exchanged or refunded. No change will be given if the Voucher value is more than the transaction/order.
*We are not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. No replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
*Voucher bookings must be made in advance via phone or in person and will be subject to availability.
*Online booking is not available when booking these vouchers.
*We do not extend any vouchers so be sure to use them within the timeframe.
*To prevent any disappointment, the recipient of this Voucher must meet the criteria as detailed in the Isha Body Jewellery Body Piercing Booking FAQs https://ishabodyjewellery.co.uk/pages/booking-faqs. These detail minimum ages, medical conditions, and other contra-indications that would prohibit or restrict safe piercing and subsequent trouble-free healing.
*Body piercings are anatomy specific and determined by The Piercer. If a piercing is not viable or suitable, another piercing or alternative purchase options will be offered.
*Isha Body Jewellery operates a Cancellation Policy for all bookings. This is detailed within the Booking FAQs.
*Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice or moving the appointment more than once within 48 hours notice will void the voucher.
