♥ If you are not available for the sessions we have available before your voucher expires, then we can extend the voucher for another 6 months with the free £50 viewing credit option only (ie no free print/digital).
♥ Limit one Voucher Deal per family/participants/household per year - these voucher deals are heavily discounted, so we have to limited them to one per household/participants/family per year. If you love your photos enough to purchase a digital package from our Viewing Guide (ie not single images), then you'll be eligible for a free shoot + £50 Viewing Credit the next time you book, which is even better!
♥ Non-transferrable, can't be re-sold or raffled or given as prize (has no monetary value). We have a limited quantity of free shoots allocated to charity per year, please contact us to see if we can help with your fundraising!
♥ Rescheduling Policy: you can change your appt up to 14 days before for no charge (providing new appt is before voucher expiry). Less than 14 days and we won't be able to fill your studio booking, so the studio incurs £50 costs for empty session. You have the option to rebook for no charge, but the free gift option will be free £50 Viewing Voucher towards package/wall art only (ie no option for free print or digital) or you can pay £50 new booking fee (payable via bank transfer before booking) and still have the option of free digital or print as before.
♥ No shows or Late arrivals (ie more than 30mins into your booked shoot is too late for the shoot to happen) and the voucher is forfeited, or if you want to reschedule, there is a charge of £50 to cover utility costs of studio (for your booking only) and photographer's costs for travelling in.
♥ Illness: If reasons are illness, please get in touch as soon as you can (by 7am that day at the latest) and we can arrange for one rescheduled appointment with no charge (before your voucher expires).
