Grab someone special and join our awesome Riverhead Cruise. (Our fantastic boat cruise departs Z pier Westhaven in Downtown Auckland and cruises into the far reaches of the upper harbour estuary, retracing the footsteps of early sailing ships and scows. The trip to The Riverhead takes 1.5 hours, there is a fully licensed bar on board and an informative commentary is given throughout the cruise.
Once at The Riverhead, we depart the Vessel and head ashore into the newly renovated Riverhead to dine in at the Landing restaurant, or have a few drinks and a Bar snacks in the Portage bar. After 2.5 hours enjoying The Riverhead we join the Vessel again to enjoy the scenery and night lights of Auckland while relaxing on our cruise back to Auckland city with The Red boats. Please ensure you bring cash for any bar purchases due to eftpos reception. The Riverhead Cruiser departs from Z Pier Westhaven Marina, with an optional pick up at Birkenhead wharf. Parking at Westhaven is Pay & Display and costs 32 dollars for 24 hours, Please park in the White lines. The Riverhead trip is tidal and our departure times are based on this. Please check our time table by visiting our website www.theriverheadcruiser.co.nz. The Riverhead trip travels in sheltered idyllic waters. We do not normally cancel due to weather unless there is severe cyclonic conditions. If we cancel the cruise we will notify you and an alternative date will be offered. Once booked, we require at least 48 hours of any cancellation from the Voucher holder, or the Voucher will be automatically redeemed. Please take care of your personal property on board, we take no responsibility for personal property. Please ensure you abide by the current liquor licensing laws. Normal bar and house rules apply. Our Vessel is Child friendly and you are more than welcome to bring your Children with you on the cruise. For safety reasons we ask that Children are supervised on board at all times.
