We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Voucher. | Website / Salon offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing gift vouchers. | Gift Vouchers purchased online are redeemable against Beauty Treatments and Beauty Products. | Vouchers are valid for the treatments as described on the voucher and cannot be exchanged or refunded | All Vouchers are dated and expire as per the date highlighted on the voucher. It is your responsibility to use the voucher within the valid timeframes. | Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. | Pure Emporium Ltd are not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. | Appointments to redeem your voucher must be made in advance and will be subject to availability.
