Kerbie’s group guided meditation sessions are themed around different topics including the seasons, moon phases, chakras, power animals to name but a few. It is an opportunity to develop spiritually whilst also having fun in our peaceful little sanctuary. Energy Healing with Kerbie In our energy healing treatments we use a healing modality called Reiki which is a therapy often described as palm healing or hands on- body healing in which the practitioner places hands lightly on or over a person’s body to facilitate their own process of healing. Reiki combines the Japanese and Chinese word-characters of "rei" (spiritual or supernatural) and "ki" (vital energy). Reiki Healing health benefits can include; Pain relief. Removal of energy blockages. Regulates energy flow in the body promoting health and harmony. Assists the body in cleansing itself of toxins. Can reduce some of the side effects of prescribed drugs. Assists the body in recovering from surgery and chemotherapy. Supports the immune system. Increases vitality and slows down the ageing process. Raises the vibration frequency of the body.

We sometimes don’t give our body the credit it’s due for the inbuilt ability it has has to heal itself, it has the wisdom to know what to do already, and we aim to create the right conditions to help it do just that. Us humans often do things our bodies don’t like, so sometimes our natural healing ability gets sluggish and out of balance.
